- Contact form — your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you choose and your message.
- Volunteer form — your name, email address, optional phone number, location, the role and availability you prefer, your skills and your reasons for volunteering.
- Donation interest form — your name, email address, optional phone number, how you would like to give, an optional intended amount and an optional message. This form does not take payments or bank details.
Why we use it
We use this information only to reply to you and to follow up on the request you made — for example to arrange volunteering or to share verified ways to give. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in this website’s database and can be viewed only by the Trust’s authorised administrators.
Cookies and similar storage
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your light/dark display preference locally on your device. Administrators who sign in to manage the website receive a secure session cookie.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to team@wordsower.org.
